HEZR Solutions Limited is a company registered in Jamaica, with its registered office at 5 Georgie Avenue, Edgewater, Bridgeport P.O., St. Catherine, Jamaica. We provide solar PV, electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and engineering services.
3. Use of this website
- You may use this site for lawful purposes only and must not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe others' rights.
- Content on this site (text, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to HEZR and may not be copied or reused without permission.

4. Quotes, estimates & enquiries
- Information on the site (including savings figures, incentives, and indicative pricing) is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.
- Quotes we provide are based on the information you give us and a site assessment, and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
- A binding agreement is formed only when we issue a written quote/contract and you accept it. The specific terms of each project (scope, price, timeline, warranty) are set out in that contract and prevail over these Terms where they differ.
5. Services, licensing & standards
We carry out work in accordance with applicable Jamaican standards and licensing requirements, including obtaining a GER Compliance Certificate and coordinating JPS connection where relevant. Statutory and manufacturer warranties apply as described in your project contract. Warranty terms are specified in each project contract.
6. Payments
Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are set out in your project quote or contract. All applicable taxes (including GCT where it applies) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
7. Communications & WhatsApp
By contacting us or opting in, you agree we may respond by phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding your enquiry or service. Our messaging follows the WhatsApp Business & Commerce Policy. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
8. Third-party links & brands
We reference and install third-party products and brands. Their trademarks belong to their owners, and links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HEZR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for personal injury caused by negligence. Liability for our services is as set out in your project contract.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
